LAS CRUCES, N.M. (WR) — A person being sought on a Virginia murder warrant has been arrested in New Mexico.

Border Patrol brokers working on the Interstate 25 checkpoint north of Las Cruces apprehended 20-year-old Abel Alexander Castro Juarez on Friday night time.

Authorities mentioned industrial bus touring north arrived on the checkpoint and brokers performing an immigration inspection of all passengers positioned a person trying to cover within the restroom.
