Nov. 13 (UPI) — Two folks died and a 3rd individual was injured when steam pipe exploded at a Veterans Affairs Medical Heart in Connecticut on Friday.
Authorities stated a VA worker and a contractor died within the blast, however their names weren’t launched. Whereas the investigation continued, the West Haven Police Division urged the incident was an accident and never related to terrorism.
